Sorry, but calling the number given by the previous answerer will not get you to someone live, and is not likely to help much if at all. Craigslist's one-on-one support is essentially non-existent. I know it's frustrating, but with the huge volume of posts, nearly all free, it's understandable. Craigslist's staff is tiny.

You can always turn to Craigslist's help page, which is pretty good. Or submit your question to us at Help Owl!

(You can also submit this Craigslist form, but don't hold your breath waiting for an answer.)

Odin is correct. As, there is not a phone number to speak with a "live" Customer Care Representative.
