Deleted Email Posting Of Craigslist

i accidentally deleted my craigslit posting in my email  inbox and have sold the item and now i can't delete the ad. what can i do besides wait for the ad to expire?

Your question is confusing, but I'm guessing that when you say you "accidentally deleted my craigslit posting in my email  inbox" you meant to say that you deleted the confirmation of the posting.
