Craigslist Email&posting A Profile

I'm trying to find out how to create a craigslist email and also post a dating ad..It mentions not to add my personal email. How are people able to respond...confused with everything..I need help!!!

1. People respond just as to any other email. The response is forwarded by Craigslist to you.

2. You post a dating ad under the "personals" category. Detailed posting instructions are at http://www.craigslist.org/about/help/how_to_post.
