I Was Locked Out Of Craigslist Accounts And I Did Not Receive A Notification Why

All my postings were deleted from craigslist and i was told to try a new phone number because mine could not be authenticated. Why was i locked out? I had two comuters and two accounts for home and business, but the desk computer died and im using my laptop for both accounts and now my other account that is under a different phone number is locked out by the IP addess on this laptop. What is wrong and can i have my accounts back after you tell me what i did wrong, please?????

We're an independent help site, not Craigslist.

It's really not that hard to set up a new account with a new phone number, as instructed. If you don't have another email address, you can get one with a free email service like that of Yahoo or Gmail. If you don't have another phone number, use that of a buddy who'll stand by and relay the code to you.
