Craigslist does not give you a means to cancel your account. It probably considers it unnecessary, as you can easily delete any and all your posts. (Just bring up the post and click "Delete this posting," on top.) If you feel you have to delete your account, you might try clicking "Settings" on your account page, and then changing your email address to a fictitious one.
