Swapping Out A Craftsman Garage Door Opener (motor Assembly) With A Liftmaster.
Currently have a Sears Craftsman (Model 139.53606) garage door opener from the late 80's, early 90's that never had safety motion sensors. Motor needs to be replaced. Can I just buy the LiftMaster 3255 Contractor Series 1/2 HP Chain Drive without rail assembly and swap out?
