Craftman Tiller Will Not Start After Cutting Off

I was tilling Saturday when the tiller acted like it ran out of gas. After filling it up it will not crank. I have checked and I have spark on both ends of the plug, gas is getting to the carb and wetting the plug and it is getting air , but will not crank. Any ideas on what it could be
