Flooding Through Exhaust Manifold And Crankcase Oil In Craftman Modle

What are possible cause of flooding in crank case and exhaust manifold when tank is full on Craftsman sPT 9000 Professional Riding Mower Model When I fill with fuel it leaks into crankcase and and out of exhaust. Will not start.
