No Phone Service Again
Every time it rains (3x this past month) I lose phone service for hours. It is not an internal problem. Fortunately, my high speed internet DOES work. I attempted online chat but guess what - it is "currently unavailable" - at 2:45 pm on a Wednesday! I have been on hold on my cell phone for 10 minutes already being bombarded with recordings of help from a friendly rep and such superior COX service. So far, no such luck. I need this issue resolved. I don't understand why I am paying $125 a month when I do not get 1/3 of the service (at least) for which I am paying.
