Baby Crib Recall Parts
Looking for baby crib recall parts for Homer Smith or also called Okla Homer Smith of Fort Smith Arkansas baby crib recall. Costco was listed by Consumer Protection Agency as the company issung the recall parts. Crib model is 80029

The Okla Homer Smith crib side recall was back in 1995. In order to determine if your crib 80-029 was recalled it is necessary to havethe manufacture date (date week/year). You can find this on a sticker on the underside of the crib. It should either be on the side rail or at the end frame.
Once you have the date which should read something like 2500 (the 25th week of 2000) you can enter that information at this web page for Cosco Juvenile furniture. (Not Costco).
