We Cannot Find A Live Person To Talk To..they Moved 5 Of Us To A Flight Not Acce

5 of us were switched to an early flight home, we see that united has a flight at the time continental had..we cannot talk to a live person to see what we can do to get back on a flight that is timed at an acceptable time...what kind of customer service do they have/ help
