How Do I Get A Refund From Continental On A Cancelled Flight In Dec 2010?
I applied online for the refund Feb 3, 2010. When I check status it says get in touch with customer rep. I have been in touch with at least 6 and get the run around each time. Mostly they complain about the bad winter causing cancellations and they are behind. However each one has given me a different time frame for processing the refund and to date the refund has not come.......Help
