Refunds,my Parents Were About To Fly To The Phil

my parents were already on board going home to the Phil. when my mother did not feel good and has to come down to your medical facilities and was transported to the hospital where she was confined for a couple of days due toelevated blood pressure.Since then my mother has been treated for her unstable blood pressure that her and my 90 years old dad who was flying with can no longer travel.They were scheduled April 5,2011 tickets #CO 0005623661 and CO 0005623665.I have a letter from my mother's Cardiologist who has been following her up.
