Cancelled Flight Due To Personel Not Being Able To Continue Due To Too Many Hour
What is your policy when you have a flight cancellation 45 minutes before take off. Impolite responses and poor customer relations should not be a part of your personell responsel. Do you at least offer some sort of compensation for the inconvenience that you have created due to personnell not being able to do the flight from San Francisco to Ontario. A round trip ticket anywhere in North America would be acceptable. Please reply
