1. Reboot/restart your computer
2. Press the F8 key on your computer while the computer is booting
3. Select the Safe Mode and press Enter
4. Wait for the loading of safe mode files
5. You should proceed to the safe mode. Access the Super Administrator account
6. Copy all the files that you wish to have backup
Note: You need to reformat your Windows Operating System after you backup your files.
