Both The Xfinity And Comcast Support Numbers Are Busy??

I have been calling both numbers for the past hour and I either get a busy signal or a "cannot connect your call" automated message. I did get through once, but when they transferred me to a representative, I was disconnected again. Any ideas?

Welcome to Comcast. :-) You can always try online chat, but it sounds like there is an outage in your area and the lines are busy with people calling it in.
