Upgraded Service

I had my service upgraded today and now I can't get the channels I had before I got upgraded. Help my name is Patricia McGhee,

Hello, Comcast may not have explained what you are getting correctly when they upgraded you. (They've been known to do that sometimes.) You can contact Comcast here and see if there was a miscommunication or if they set you up incorrectly.
