Telephone & Wifi Service

They've stopped! I tried to reset the modem (removed power cord for 10 seconds, then reattached). Some of the lights came on, but neither my telephone nor wifi services have been restored. In the meantime, I am unable to use either my home phone or cellphone, just this link. HELP!!!!!!

If your modem works and you can obviously get to the Internet, go to comcast.com and go to Live Chat. Comcast has nothing to do with your cell phone.

If you're able to get to a phone, call Comcast directly at 1 (800) 934-6489. Otherwise, I would visit your local Comcast for assistance.
