What Is The Latest Status On Their Homepage?

I cannot access my email because the homepage is down. I never get anyone over the phone. What is going on?

The homepage is not down. It may be an issue with your individual service. Do not ever call the 800 number. You need to call your local Comcast office. To find the phone number, type in your zip code here:
