You Are My Email Server. Suddenly I Can'd Send Email From Windows Live Mail

I never had any problem before.  Now, though I can receive emails, suddently I can't send email from my Windows Live Mail program.  I keep getting an error message as follows: The connection to the server has failed.Server: 'smtp.comcast.net'Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0EProtocol: SMTPPort: 25Secure(SSL): NoSocket Error: 10013 Please advise.
