Why Can't Comcast Do Better?

WITH ALL THE NEW TECTNOLIGY WE HAVE,AND IN LIGHT OF THE FACT COMCAST HAS GONE DIGITAL,THAN WHY CAN'T WE HAVE BETTER SERVICE,I CALLED COMCAST COUNTLESS TIMES AND I STILL CAN'T INJOY MY ON DEMAND SERVICE,I'VE HAD PROBLEMS WITH IT FROM DAY ONE,THAT PART OF MY PACKAGE THAT'S PART OF WHAT I'M PAYING FOR,ALSO WHY DOES THE MONTHLY CHARGES KEEP CHANGEING,WHAT'S UP COMCAST.
