How do I cancel my Comcast service?

Has anyone successfully cancelled their Comcast service and received a refund? I feel like they are giving me the run-a-round!

Geeze,just don't pay your bill,and they'll cut your service off real quick!!! Refund???? Don't count on it!!They will use your refund,if you have one,they will use it towards what ever your balance was. R U KIDDING ME. Corporate!! Corporate!!
