Your cables may be loose.
If you have loose cables, you'll most likely get no signal or a spotty signal. So make sure your connections are tight at your TV and your antenna. While you're checking your connections, also take a look at your cables to make sure they aren't bent, looped, or otherwise broken.
How do I get my channels back on my TV?
Press the "Menu" button on your remote control. If you don't have a remote, your TV should have a built-in "Menu" button. Find and select the "Channel Scan" option in your TV's menu. This option is sometimes labeled "Rescan," "Tune," or "Auto-tune.
Please respond to my effort to provide you with the best possible solution by using the "Acceptable Solution" and/or the "Helpful" buttons when the answer has proven to be helpful.
