How Can I Download A Poadcast To My Mp3 Player?

It depends on which file extension it is. If it is a .mp3, .wav, .wma, .ogg or .aiff you should be able to download and sync it to the device.  You may be able to save the file in the text folder within the device itself (look for the removable disk drive) if its an .m4a or .m4b (an audiobook) its needs to be coverted to one of the file extensions above (to convert it from an m4a or m4b use software such as Easy CD-DA Extractor).
