Keeps Going Into Sleep Mode

even though under settings i have the tablet set to never go into sleep mode, it keeps going to sleep every 5 seconds

Press The Volume + First And Hold
Press The Home Button And Hold Down With The Volume +
With Other Hand Press And Hold The Power Button, Tablet Had To Be Off Not In Sleep Mode
