This is a difficult question to answer because it's not clear what you mean by "update web browser."
If you're asking how to update the firmware on your digital picture frame, the answer is: do not. The firmware is not upgradable and will break if you try. If you're asking how to update your browser software, the answer is: use Google Chrome.
