Will A Copy Mp3 Communicate At All With Itunes???
I got one folder to download. Also, it shades out the delete button and I cannot delete unwanted music. Also, neither of the phone numbers listed on the package are of any use to new customers desperately needing help here! Thank you.

No, non-Apple products are not compatible with iTunes. You will need to use another program to sync music such as Windows Media Player. The customer support phone numbers won't work because Coby went out of business last year.
