Before you enlist legal counsel, check your profile settings to ensure that the data supplied is correct. Websites have recently started providing checked selection boxes with the answers they want, like "Would your friends be interested in xyz?". Then in the Terms and Conditions which everyone agrees to without reading nor understanding, will be a clause stating that if the friends box is checked, they can access all your telecom products for your friends' contact details etc.

If you did not authorize free access to your photos, then talk to a lawyer. Generally you will get a free half-hour consultation but then the clock starts and it could cost bigtime. However, if the lawyer agrees that the company was acting deviously, a class action suit, involving as many of their client as can be contacted, might be a cheaper and more rewarding route for you to pursue.

A contract is not binding if you are not an adult and is void and if you are an adult, the terms must be of equal benefit to both parties, i.e. not to your detriment.
