You can submit your request directly to Classmates.com by using this form:
http://www.classmates.com/sitesearch/help/contact
Type "Cancel Account" in the subject line and choose "Account Management" in the dropdown menu in the subtopic. Continue filling out the form and submit.
You should receive a response within 48 hours
