I'm guessing you've already registered but the application is not accepting your login information. If that's the case:

I've found that typing the information by hand (rather than using the system clipboard or a password manager to enter it) will often solve.
For an email address that's not working, your Internet Service Provider may give you a solution. In the worst case you may have to use a different email address: Gmail will let you receive its mail at your current (other) mailbox--from Gmail's gear wheel [upper right] go to Settings, and then to Forwarding and POP/IMAP.
It's possible the problem is on your end. In case it is, follow these numbered steps:

Make sure you haven't disabled any scripts, and then
Clear your cache. You'll find specific instructions for your particular browser at http://www.refreshyourcache.com/. Clearing cookies also could help, so you may want to do both. If the problem is not solved...
Restart your computer. If the problem is not solved...
