How Can I Get My Money Off My Card If I Lost It
I lost my card and I want to get my money off.How would I beable to do that?

You need to call Citibank asap their customer service is 24/7 they will cancel it and issue you with a new one and until then you will have to visit a branch in person unfortunately. In the meantime you could withdraw your cash and place it in a trusted friend or families bank account that way you would have access to your money even if the bank is shut. (providing they have an access card themselves and are reliable).
