How To Prevent Linksys E900 N300 From Broadcasting Ssid

Disable SSID Broadcast

Step 1:
Access the router's web-based setup page. For instructions, click here: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps10024/products_qanda_item09186a0080a35691.shtml.

Step 2:
When the router's web-based setup page appears, click Wireless, look for Wireless SSID Broadcast, and select Disable.

Step 3:

Click Save settings.

Step 4:
Reconnect to your wireless network by creating a profile on the wireless computer's configuration utility.
