Can I Trade In A Cisco 1252g Designed For Mideast For American Version?

I purchased a bunch of "new" 1252g's that originated from eastman kodak, and it turns out they are not the "A" version. I'm seeing that there are upgrade "country" kits available, but I'm also wondering if Cisco has a trade in program under their warranties or at all?
