How Do We Go About Cancelling Our Vision Insurance?

I am a Hallmark retiree and in 2015 our vision insurance was turned over to Cigna and we want to make some changes. We have called all the phone numbers we have to get information about cancelling our vision insurance and no one we have talked to can help us. We need to know if we cancel our vision insurance, will it effect our dental insurance. And if we cancel our vision insurance, when will it be effective?

Your problem as I understand it is that your efforts to talk to a Cigna rep have been fruitless--but you haven't told us what those efforts have been, and what the respective results were. So it's difficult to help you. My guess is that you called Cigna's customer service, and if so, I suggest calling corporate. Another option is to call the employee relations or human resources department of Hallmark.The contact information for each is below.
