Can't Get A Dealer To Sell A 2015/16 Chrysler 300srt
I have been attempting to purchase a 2015 300SRT for the past 90+ days. I finally was able to place an order at a dealership. The dealership said it was the largest in Australia, yet they were not able to confirm if the vehicle was available, the configuration or when it would be delivered. They did successfully get a deposit. After contacting another dealership and having the same experience, I contacted Chrysler Australia who said it was not their responsibility and they directed me back to the dealership. The dealership then said it is an issue with Chrysler Global in the US. When I called to Chrysler Global in the US, I was passed to about 3 different people who would direct me to different people which was actually only a voice mail. My overall experience is that they are not entirely interested in selling cars. I may have to change my affinity for the 300SRT to something else since the administration of purchasing lacks human interest. I have never been to make a purchase and had so many people tell me it wasn't their responsibility to address the issue. To resolve the issue, it would be great to be able to source the configuration I want and purchase it without the drama.
