2010 Chrysler Sebring Convertible Deck Lid Won't Open With Switch Or Key Fob

I can hear the trunk release relay clicking. Initially, thought it was the trunk latch actuator. Replaced the latch assembly. Results were the same. Not getting 12V on wire to latch solenoid. What are the possible causes for this condition?

Check for power and ground at the latch.
3 way connector;
cavity 1 (black/white wire) should be grounded at all times.
cavity 3 (tan/yellow wire) is the deck lid release and should have when the release button is pushed.
