Shut off your Sebring's engine and engage the emergency break.
- 2
Open the trunk by using the driver's side trunk release latch or by manually unlocking it.
- 3
Peel back the trunk liner to expose the wiring connector and taillight housing plastic retainers.
- 4
Disconnect the wiring connector, loosen the plastic retainers and remove the taillight assembly from the car.
- 5
Twist the turn signal bulb socket counterclockwise to remove it from the taillight assembly. Then, pull the malfunctioning bulb straight out of the socket.
- 6
Insert the replacement bulb directly into the empty socket and then twist the socket back into the taillight assembly.
- 7
Activate the turn signal to make sure it's working. If it lights up, fasten the trunk lining back into place and close the trunk.
