Hello,i Have 08 Sebring Chrysler Convertible. I'm Having Trouble Making The Top

Hello,i have 08 Sebring Chrysler Convertible.I'm having trouble making the top go down it seems like it's been manually retracted. I have not yet done troubleshooting because I don't know how.I've checked the fuses in the engine compartment and even switch them around. I checked the connections to the compressor motor everything seems to be right. when ignition is on I can hear the compressor possibly prepping some times.I believe there may be a sensor or a relay switch out. I don't know the location of them other than the one that is in the trunk were The latch for the luggage Pannel hooks.I ask if there's a way to reset or the relay switch or any other sensor that I may need to know about and its location so that I may be able to get this top to go down. thank you
