Which Is The Relay, Cartridge Or Fuse To Check When My Air Condition Goes Out?

I had HIDs installed then aftermarket radio ( pioneer ) then I installed led bulbs for turn signal as well as brakes and parking rear without any type of resistor and all of a sudden fuel pump goes out and I have no throttle Control and now airbag lighg is on and I have no air conditioner. Please help thank you
