Dash Lights And Transmission?

While driving my 2007 Chrystler Sebring 2.4/4cyl The battery light came on. 2 minutes later The ABS and seatbelt lights came on and the engine seemed to slip into neutral. I pulled to the side of the road and shut the car off and waited a few minuted and tried to start the car and it wouldn't turn over. The headlights were running while I was driving and will still come on, but the car will not start.
