How Do I Take Off My Cover Pad On My 2007 Chrysler Sebring To Access My Horn Cau

how do get my cover pad off to access the horn on steering wheel on my 2007 Chrysler Sebring horn only works when you use keypad also i do not want to set off airbag cause i cant get inspected ill then [email protected]
