2007 Pt Cruiser Power Outlet Malfunctioning
Both cigarette lighter and rear power outlet are malfunctioning. The storage outlet which runs off the car's batter works fine, of course. I changed the #19 fuse (Power Amp 1 and Amp 2 feed) and that didn't fix anything. I tested a new power outlet part in the cigarette lighter with car running and that didn't work. I will try to retrace wires leading to the cigarette lighter and the rear outlet to see if any are disconnected. In the meantime, I'm wondering if fuse #13 might be related as it is called the Pwr run/ Acc Outlet RR??? I haven't tried switching that one yet. Isn't that for accessories????
