First step to changing the battery on a 2007 pt cruiser is to remove the airbox the enclosure. for that you will need a flat head and a socket set. second step once you can get to the battery. use socket set to remove the ground and then the possitive wires.third step loosen the battery clamp behind the battery. to put the battery back in complete theese steps in reverse and put on positive then ground when reconnecting new battery.
