Anti Theft Systerm

I have a 2007 chrysler pt cruiser which the only key being lost. there was a spare key that was used to start car not knowing that this spare key would cause the car to think that it's being stolen, so now it will longer crank and I do not have the original key, is there any way to get the car cranked and running with just this "door key" that was used by mistake to try and crank it
