115 Power Inverter On 2007 Aspen
The fuse appears good but what would cause the 115v power inverter not to work?

Do go ahead and replace or swap it with a similar one you are sure is good just to be sure as fuse may sometimes look good while bad. Also test to see if it is grounded out with a volt meter.
