No Heat Not The Thermostat Or Heater Core Bought The Car New And Always A Proble

The only thing I can think of is to replace the thermostat with a higher temperature one. For example, if your vehicle has a 180 degree thermostat, replace it with a 195 degree one. 

The reason this may work is your current thermostat is probably opening too early. If it opens too early, the coolant temperature will never get hot enough to heat your vehicle correctly. 

It could also be that your current thermostat is stuck in the open position. That would prevent your vehicle from heating up enough to provide sufficent heat for the car.
