How To Replace The Rear 3 Sparkplugs On My Van.

I need to know the best method of getting the rear 3 sparkplugs replaced on my 2005 Town & Country Touring Van, 3.8 engine.  Have tried reaching them from the bottom but space seems to be very tight to remove plugs.    Any suggestions?
