What Could Be Wrong With My Turn Singals On My 05 Convertible Sebring

I check the fuse box label number 15 and it's the same to my windowipers so my wipers still work then I replaced the flasher in the steering colum because noting comes on in my dash for hazards or turning singals but still no fix help please I returned the flasher because it didn't fix it should i get another one ?
