2005 Pacifica Touring 3.5 How Cani See The Evap Canister Diagram

I got a loose hose that is giving me 3 codes on the computer 602, EVAP canister broke, hose cracked or disconnected, 603Purge or vent solenoid defective, 604 Vacuum leak at engine, I also noticed that the heater is not working. look like hose s the one that connect the vacuum to the flap thatopenthe heater intake. But I cn't find the connecion on the canister
