Where Are Fuses Relays Or Sensors That Tells A/c Clutch To Kick In 2005 300c

A/C System has been checked with gauges hooked To a/c lines and has plenty of refrigerant in it.Turn blower fan on and push little button for a/c light comes on but the clutch does not kick on compressor.spins very freely by hand.does not ever start blowing cool air.
